Cash dividends

A cash dividend is a payment made by a company out of its earnings to investors in the form of cash (check or electronic transfer). 

If a Company Secretary, Registrar, a listed or an unlisted issuer wishes to obtain services from the CDS to calculate and distribute the cash dividend for the total shareholder base of the company, they could reach to the Corporate Solutions Unit of the CDS.
